"Excellent Stay and Outstanding Service We stayed for one night and were really impressed. The hotel is perfectly located in the centre of Canterbury, just a few minutes’ walk from everything. The building is modern, spotless, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. We had a great night’s sleep and a lovely refreshing shower in the morning. Breakfast was busy but well organised, with plenty of excellent choices. All the staff we encountered were friendly, attentive, and professional. I want to give particular thanks to James in the restaurant at breakfast. My wife has an egg allergy, and James immediately took her name and room number, then arranged for any cooked food she wanted to be prepared separately by the chef to avoid any risk of cross‑contamination. His care and attention meant a great deal to us — it’s rare for anyone to take the allergy seriously, and it gave my wife real peace of mind. Thank you, James, for your exceptional customer service. We’ll definitely be returning soon."

"The room was spotless. Clean tidy and cosy. When we booked in they gave us an opportunity to have a ground floor room which was especially helpful. Food excellent and prompt. Bar area comfy with prices on par with pub. Would recommend a stay here if coming to Canterbury. Staff extremely helpful, very big car park. "

"This was our second time staying at Ebenezer's Place and it won't be our last. Absolutely lovely B&B. The rooms are very unique. We loved the view from the window of the sea. Neal was amazing, very friendly and couldn't do enough for us. He really made us feel welcome. Oh and the breakfast was delicious. Definitely 10/10. We'll be back again next year.
