"Had to speak to staff behind the bar to check us in as no one on reception, but we did check -in later than expected. Hotel was above and beyond and the staff were very helpful, however I found not having a fridge in room was inconvenient, and only having plant based oat milk disappointing as I love a cup of tea in the morning.saying that, our food was well cooked and very tasty, and the service at breakfast was well organised. Views and walks from the hotel fantastic, and sea view rooms were spacious, can’t wait to return"

"Right in city centre. Staff at check-in and check out and breakfast very friendly and helpful. Room a good size and clean - family room with sofa. Asked for quiet room and wasn’t disturbed by anything - faced back of hotel overlooking a small car park. Air con worked well. Nice big fluffy bath towels and good shower pressure and plenty of hot water. Bed firm and comfy but you could hear springs every time you turned over or got in or out - still slept well. Breakfast had good choice of hot and cold items - waffle machine was popular. Gets very busy at weekends but only had to wait a short time to be seated. Coffee machine provided good choices and provided nice coffee. Enjoyed our stay here."

"We have just stayed at The Albion Hotel in Broadstairs, we really enjoyed our stay and would return in a heartbeat. The hotel is right in the middle of all the restaurants and shops, and sea front.
