Arrow Mill
10/10 Excellent
"Everything was exceptional from the beautiful room friendly and helpful staff and excellent meals. We had dinner with family before going to the theatre and then had breakfast with them the next morning which was not planned but accommodated with no fuss. Overall a wonderful stay as anticipated having stayed before and will definitely be staying again!"
Alcester Inn
8/10 Good
"Overall we were really happy with the stay the room and hotel was good value for money and food was reasonably priced. It was close to the center of the town where there was a few shops if you wanted or needed anything. Also plenty of parking onsite at no extra cost. The only bad thing about the stay was having members of staff knocking on the door within a short period of time to remind us of the checkout time once was enough as we didn’t need to be reminded two or three times. Staff were polite and happy to help. If I needed a room in the area again I would be happy to stop this hotel again."
Cider House at Oosland Barns - sleeps 4 guests in 2 bedrooms
10/10 Excellent
"Comfortable and well equipped with a nice outside area for children and animals to stay safe. Hot tub controls were worn and fiddly and not sure water in hot tub was checked daily by staff....... Lovely scenic quiet location but close enough to walk to amenities. Overall a lovely relaxing week."

Swifts Retreat at Oosland Barns - sleeps 2 guests in 1 bedroom
10/10 Excellent
"We spent three nights a year and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. It was incredibly hot and we found the nights quite uncomfortable, despite the addition of some tall fans, I guess this is slightly beyond your control? I believe due to the fact that there are floor to ceiling bifold doors in full sunshine from afternoon to evening the property becomes incredibly hot. As there are no windows other than the doors in the bedroom, it was hard to get a through draft at night time. Despite this, we love the property, the privacy of the garden and the hot tub was an added bonus. (I’m unsure as to how regularly the hot tub is emptied as there was pink nail varnish and quite a bit of grit in it? ) We had everything we needed, it might be nice to include a bag of charcoal? The bed was comfortable, as was the rest of the accommodation. We felt that the crockery/glasses, were barely enough and the bedding looked like it needed to be ironed. These are just some minor points which I feel would make the accommodation 10/10, as opposed to 9/10… The correspondence from the hosts was great, we did raise one slight issue, about their being lots of ants in the kitchen which we were not able to control with the spray left. We stay in many rental properties and little touches, like a welcome pack of basic foods goes a long way!"
The Hunting Lodge at Ragley Estate - sleeps 16 guests in 7 bedrooms
10/10 Excellent
"Thank you for a wonderful stay . I welcomed 3 different groups of people during a landmark birthday celebration . Alison the house manager coordinated linen switchovers and immaculate cleaning and was very responsive to requests People commented on how soothing and comforting the house was , and I noticed people visibly settle into the calm atmosphere There are plenty of spaces to help large groups both have a quiet space and also gather as groups Kitchen is well equipped and we all appreciated the multiple ovens and dual dishwashers It would have been helpful to have a covered outdoor area in this heat - the umbrella did not really shield the outdoor table which limited its use during the heat of the day We used the hot tub both cold and hot , it was great and heated up quickly There is a business complex being developed next door which was noisy with construction - I’m not sure how this will impact on the atmosphere of the house although there is a high protecting wall and the house looks over the Cotswold hills with a beautiful view I think we would all come back in a heartbeat - very centrally located to many interesting places although you do need a vehicle"
Ridgeway Farmhouse at Ragley Estate, Alcester - sleeps 8 guests in 4 bedrooms
10/10 Excellent
"The house is much nicer inside than it first appears . 6 adults and 2 small children 3yrs and 18mths the space was excellent. All the rooms were lovely and to a good spec especially the bedrooms . The round table was great for us all to eat together . Maybe a second fridge in the utility and a downstairs shower off the loo would further add to the stay .Cot sheet for little one or a reminder to bring one . The outside space was great hot tub really easy to light and stayed warm . A few flowers maybe and the bottom hedge removing to enjoy the view even more but made no significant difference. We loved our stay ❤️ No access to the estate for a walk in the evening but guess that is not anything you can help ."
