"We had a lovely weekend here, its in a great location with some lovely restaurants and cafes within walking distance. The acommodation has everything you coukd ask for. We enjoyed the hot tub after a day wandering, and the furniture and the bed was very comfy. The accommodation was spotless but there were mouldy plates left in the dishwasher which was disappointing."

"Our only issue that the twin room I needed for my father and I was up 2 flights of stairs with no assisted accesss, but at least there were chairs on the landing between for my 95 year old father to rest. Check in, the room/bathroom and restaurant were wonderful for our evening meal and the lovely breakfast was flawless. The grounds are delightful too."

"Riverside House is lovely and is in a great location. Peaceful and a great view of the River Avon. I was fascinated by the flags that are all around Bidford on Avon. I counted at least 28 and there were more. They represent the shops, the local football team, the Duck Race and many other things. We did a Treasure Trail around Alcester and Bidford on Avon. Great fun. You get to find out the history of the places. We hired a boat for a day from the boatyard next door and floated down to Evesham and back. Very relaxing. The Co-op is very handy and we would recommend The Bridge Restaurant which is less than 10 mins walk from the house. We ate there 3 times. Warwick Castle was worth a visit too."

"The visitors' book indicates that lots of people return to this property again and again and you can see why. It is at an idyllic location on the River Avon and we spent a happy day just sitting and watching the world and the wildlife (lucky enough to see a kingfisher) go by which was very peaceful. The property is very well equipped. It is next door to a pub and a restaurant and opposite various takeaways and is in a good location for lots of nearby towns to visit. We will aim to return at a different time of the year."

"Just got back today after a 3 night stay at Lower Lodge Barn, we had such a lovely time, the barn is very comfortable with great views in a peaceful location. Loved the outside space and hot tub was great. Beds and linen very comfortable, lots of wardrobe space. Would have loved to be able to walk to a town but it was a bit far for our group - maybe others would not find it an issue. Would have liked a few more kitchen towels and cleaning cloths but pretty much everything is there. Would happily stay again. Would suggest a music system to be added but we did use the TV to play music. Please note the road in is very bumpy and stony so if you have a city car like us go slow but no issue if you have a 4 x 4 etc...."

"My wife and I stayed at Ridgeway Farmhouse with adult children and young grandchildren. It is very well located and easy to find. Close to Alcester, good pubs and a great Farm Shop (Hilliers). Lovely views to the east, overlooking the valley down to Ragley Hall. Large grassy garden area which was ideal for our granddaughter to play, kick a ball, etc. Very comfortable inside and flooded with natural light through big glass windows and patio doors. We would definitely recommend a stay here."
