Very clean and quiet en suite room, with breakfast included. I was able to walk to the property from the train station. I also walked to and from the RSC Theater alone and at night. I would definitely stay here again. The proprietor Lucy is a gem.

Lucy was very welcoming. Room was beautifully clean with exceedingly confortable bed and good ensuite. Lovely breakfast. Located very conveniently 10- 15 minutes walk from.the town centre. Minimal traffic noise despite being on the road side. Car parking on site a bonus.

This was a great little place. Super clean. Comfortable beds and great set up for a triple room. Lots of space. Large shower. Excellent breakfast. Lucy, the hostess, was absolutely lovely. Close walking distance to restaurants and sights. Loved it!

This was a lovely bed and breakfast. A perfect place to spend the night for our trip to the theatre. Our host on arrival was really friendly and the room was quiet with a very comfortable bed. We both remarked on how wonderfully dark the room was at night, something that's very important to us. The room was well appointed with plug sockets next to the bed and a small but perfectly adequate en suite bathroom (shower only). We also really enjoyed our breakfast, included in the cost of the room which helped make the whole thing very good value. It took us 15 minutes to walk to the theatre - maybe 10 minutes to walk into the centre of town.

This property was well located on the edge of downtown Dublin. There was convenient grocery shopping at SuperValue and a great pub, Celt, for good food. The lighting in the bathroom for shaving was not the best and we had constant issues with the electronic room keys. The hallway creaked, but it’s an older building.

Lucy and her Husband couldn't have accommodated us more. From the moment we arrived Lucky was friendly, helpful with recommendations if the town. Walking distance to town filled with shops, restaurant and the beautiful water. Breakfast everyday was just delicious, eggs cooked to perfection 👌. We'd HIGHLY recommend staying at Green Haven Thank you Lucy for a memorial stay in Stratford-upon-Avon
