"This is a great property...... many Canadian people stay here..... They all come back year after year. Everything is right there.... Beach club on santa cruz Beach with a shuttle that we could never manage to catch.... we just took a cab for 35 pesos instead. Very fun place to stay. Would highly recommend. "

"Very clean and quiet hotel at a decent price. Staff was friendly and my room was large and comfortable. Most rooms have a patio and there is a decent pool too. Above all, this is one of the cleanest hotels I have ever stayed at anywhere. The location is good if you are OK walking a bit. It’s not in the heart of the tourist area, but it’s a 5 minute walk to Chahue beach, 12 minutes to Santa Cruz beach and 15 minute walk to Crucecita. It’s less than a 5 minute walk to the large department store...

"It’s a really nice place to stay. The food was pretty good in the buffet. If you arrive early, they will let you hang around, but they won’t give you a bracelet to use the facilities, which was a bit frustrating. We traveled all night, got there at about 10 am, and they said we couldn’t have bracelets until 12:30. The place doesn’t have a way to pay other than all-inclusive, so we had to just go waste time for 2.5 hours. It was a bad first impression. I mean, how much of the breakfast buffet...
