"Rooms were regularly and meticulously cleaned. All the staff, from cleaning to front desk to food service were helpful and polite. English is spoken at the front desk quite well. The rest of the staff will always try to speak English with varying levels of success. If you choose to stay here book all your activities through Oscar Garcia! He was delightful to work with, and personally helped us out of a tight spot. He is often cheaper than booking online. "

"Very beautiful hotel, we have traveled most of the world, and I’ll say that this is one of the finest establishments that we’ve stayed at. Multiple pools, multiple restaurants, multiple bars, tremendous view, great service, wonderful people clean room pretty much everything you’d want in a resort to get away from the workday.
