All the rooms were full so we had to sleep in some other random hotel they put us in. Mould everywhere, wet floor and sheets. Human poo under bed and in shower. Was the worst experience ever

The property is nothing like the photos. No water in the showers so we had to complain frequently. Floor was back with dust when we arrived and taps were falling apart. Would not stay here again. The staff are nice and admit this place is falling apart.

Convenient to the airport but sadly that’s all

The Grand Melanesian was a convenient location for an early flight from Nadi airport, but unfortunately that was the only positive. When we arrived the lady checkin couldn’t find our booking (even though I had the confirmation email). We also ordered a wakeup call at 4:15, but it was made to us at 4:45 (luckily I set my own alarm just in case). Our room booking said the room had a balcony (it didn’t). It was also a very noisy place to stay (our window was right next to the outside staircase) and you could hear all the noise from the corridors.

Not reliable!!

When we arrived at the hotel, they did not have a room for us. We paid and booked 4 days in advance. We had to go to another hotel. No phone call or emails were sent to apologize and warn us about their mistake. We are still waiting to get a refund of this night we haven't spent there.

1 night stay was ok, however, were billeted on the 3rd floor with no lift. Having take and bring back luggage all the way. Thankful to the staff to have helped with luggage. Ok for a nights stay.

Things that we liked about this place; The staff are very helpful especially the Fijian staff. We liked the size of the room and bathroom. However bathroom floor was flooded before we even got to use it. Things that we didn’t like; cockroaches (small ones) on top of the fridge, the photo shows nice swimming pool but upon checking it ‘‘twas full of molds and algae, water appeared cloudy and noticed someone sprinkling (powdered chemicals) ? Bleach. Place has no elevator. Aircon took ages to work and not cold enough. But other than that I score this place 3/5 because of the staff 😊

13時のチェックインだったので13:22にチェックインの為ホテルに到着しましたが、私の部屋の掃除がまだ終わってないので10分程待ってほしいとおはなしがありました！13:40くらいにチェックインしたのですが、カウンターでの手続きはとてもスムーズで少々お部屋待ちしたのですが、スタッフの皆さんも笑顔でとても気持ちの良いホテルでした！

good location, affordable prices friendly staff

The location is perfect, so easy to get around. the staff were friendly and available any time to help you with the anything. The hotel was very very disappointing, no towels in the room , no place to sit by the pool and it looked nothing like the pictures online so it was a shock to realise after what it looked like. the biggest problem was no wifi. I went there for work and needed access to wifi to do my job so it ended up costing a lot more money than expected to gain access to the internet. It was very loud being next to the roadside and it didn't feel super private. There was a very comfortable bed, a fridge in the room which is fantastic in such a hot time of the year to have water chilling ... and there was a bath which is a fantastic extra.

Was not exactly a "bula"

The room we were given had the toilet leaking its content on the floor, we waited more than 50 min and only after our protests we were given another room. It was dirty, with a lot of little cockroaches crawling on the floor. The lady at the counter was completely unfriendly and unhelpful. The position is very bad, exposed to a road of major traffic with a lot of noise all night. Over, over, overpriced, in other countries I would pay few dollars for an hotel like this.And you guys of Hotels.com should pay more attention to the stuff you sell.

設備は古いです…

画像でスライダー付きプールになっていますが、スライダーまでの階段が朽ち果ていて、とても危ないです。子どもが利用しましたが、プールはかなり深く大人でも足がつきません。ファミリータイプを予約しましたが、ドミトリールームでした…面倒くさいので、そのまま利用しました。バスタオルもなく、言わないともらえません。冷蔵庫完備と書かれてますが、ありません。4泊しましたが、掃除はありませんでした。古いのは仕方ないですが、あまり清潔ではありません。 ホテルの従業員さんは、皆親切です！中国人観光客が多いホテルです。
