  • ** Please note my cancellations all are from 1 week in February 2026 where I had a water leak and had to regrettably cancel 3 bookings. Please be assured I would normally never cancel any bookings **

    One bedroom apartment on the first level of a three level townhouse with free car parking. Located at the end of a quiet cul de sak, this apartment is perfect for couples, friends travelling together or small families. A 15 min walk or 2 min drive to central Queenstown makes this apartment a convenient private option.

    You have your own bathroom and kitchen with a washer and dryer. The large bedroom/lounge has a very comfy super king bed with quality linen. Also in the bedroom is a comfy couch that can fold out to a double sofa bed. A memory foam mattress topper is in the cupboard and goes on to top of the safa bed mattress to ensure a comfy night's sleep. Quality linen is provided. A new heatpump is also in this room.

    Your carpark is right beside the front door.

    Your kitchen is equipped with an oven, microwave, full size fridge/freezer and all the nessesary cutlery, and dinnerware is provided.

Mark was very accomodating and the place was compact but was thoughtfully laid out with everything that you would need. The pictures do not do it justice and it even had an outdoor space with chairs and a view looking down to town and the mountains beyond. Nice to be out of the crowds, but close to supermarkets.

Thoughtfully kitted out, useful kitchen amenities means good for self catering. Overall clean and convenient but a bit noisy with other occupants moving around in the early hours. I would stay again if visiting Queenstown.

It was clean and felt private and comfy. There were a lot of people going in and out, sometimes late at night, that kept us awake somewhat. Overall the pros outweighed the cons and we enjoyed our stay here.

The Check- In was not successful. There was a family emergency and we were left waiting from 1730hrs to 1900hrs waiting to get into the accommdation. We were invited in for a coffee by their neighbour ( Fanchesca) who was very nice and did try to contact Mark a number of times without success. While using the kettle, the socket circuit breaker dropped out twice in the consumer unit. Needs addressing. Smell of cigarette smoke in hallway as it was a shared entrance.
