The Space:
Our gorgeous five bedroom villa has just been completely renovated and offers a modern and well appointed kitchen, freshly done bathrooms and bedrooms with a cosy living space which gives you the ultimate alpine retreat feel.
Located just a five minute drive to the heart of Queenstown in popular Queenstown hill, you can enjoy panoramic views of the Lake Wakatipu & the Remarkables mountain range. The property has been lovingly crafted to provide a comfortable but relaxed feel with modern finishes and high end appliances. It's located in a quiet street that allows you to get away from the noise and bustle of the city. Enjoy the private sunny outdoor living area with views over the lake.
The kitchen is equipped with brand new modern appliances, while a modern lounge lets you relax and enjoy the villa during those colder winter months. A flat screen TV and fire makes it perfect for chilling out indoors on bad weather days, and there's a washing machine and dryer provided. Make the most of the out door deck area to take in the fresh mountain air or enjoy a beverage in the warmer months.
Guest Access:
We aim to create an environment where you and your family can enjoy all the comforts of home. Please feel free to use everything in the property and make yourself at home - our house is your house.
To gain access to the property you will require an access code to the lockbox which contains the key. This will be emailed to you prior to your arrival. Please ensure you make contact with us prior to arriving to make sure we have your correct email details.
With the close proximity to town and Queenstown's many attractions, you will be able to come and go as you please.
The modern kitchen is equipped with all the essential items you will need to cook a great meal during your stay, and you will be able to enjoy complimentary coffee & tea are provided.
We prepare the house before you arrive, providing you with fresh, clean premium linen and towels. During your stay the apartment will not be serviced. If you require servicing during your stay, please arrange this prior to arrival and we can advise you of the charges involved.
The Neighborhood:
Enjoy all that Queenstown has to offer such as the world class ski resorts of Coronet Peak and Remarkables - Just 20 minutes will have from the driveway to Coronet Peak's car parking!
Being located just a 10-15 minutes walk from the centre of Queenstown - the vibrant cafe, restaurant and nightlife are on your door step. Enjoy the walking tracks located around Lake Wakatipu and take in Queenstown's breathtaking scenery, or head out on your bike and enjoy some of the best mountain biking trails New Zealand has to offer.
Getting Around:
The Villa is conveniently located in popular Queenstown Hill , just a 5 minutes drive from the centre of Queenstown and 10 minutes from Queenstown Airport.
If you don't have a car then we recommend the use of one of Queenstown's taxi companies - These are available right from the airport for your convenience.

Queenstown is the adventure tourism capital of New Zealand, and offers a wide variety of activities perfect for the adrenaline junky or those interested in sampling the local wines and cheeses. During your stay our guide book will provide you with our personal picks of activities in Queenstown and the surrounding areas as well as our 'Pro Tip's' to save you time and money.
