"The property is cozy and well appointed. The staff were beyond delightful. It was a joy staying there. Beds were super comfortable and room nicely appointed. I would return to this same property on our next visit to Richmond."

"It was the perfect base from which to explore Kew and visit Kew Gardens. It is only a few minutes walk to the train and underground station which offers easy access to and from London.
The staff are all lovely and really helpful.

"Lana and all the staff we interacted with were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the bed was really comfortable, we slept so well. Location is great with easy walking distance to Hammersmith station and a bit further in the other direction to Shepherds Bush station where there is also a nice Westfield shopping mall. It was so convenient to get into London city and enjoy our time. We had a great stay at Star Hotel! "
