"Such a beautiful resort!! It was so much to do that you could just spend your entire stay there. The staff were very friendly and the restaurants on the resort were great, great food and drinks!!! I loved that you could leave out your room and go straight to the beach. The resort was beautiful, can’t wait to go back!!!"

"When you approach the inside of the Fairmont it’s like stepping into a scene of a movie. The dark interior transports you to a place you want to be at, and the room with a beach view is just the cherry on top. The room was very spacious and clean and me my two guests really enjoyed ourselves. When we got tired after a long day of exploring San Juan, taking a dip in one of the many pools was exactly what we needed to relax and wind down for the evening. We didn’t get a chance to explore the fitness facility, but from the looks of it, it was very well kept and very inviting. All in all, we had a grand time here and would definitely come again!"

"Friendly staff, slide at pool out of service. My room door did not close but they fix it right away. The fridge cabinet door was not funtioning correcty can get some upgrade. Location good and plus was the shuttle. I like it a lot"
