"The bed was crawling with bed bugs, and we saw cockroaches in the kitchen. We had to leave the hotel in the middle of the night, and spent the entire next day doing damage control making sure no bugs came home with us. I would never come back here again or recommend to anyone! The amount of bugs seen make it clear it is a serious issue at this property, and not a one off. Stay away!!!"

"The grounds are beautiful, staff was nice, and the units were spacious. Though, they could use a refresh or even a remodel. We had small kids we couldn't let crawl on the floor as a result of how dirty it was."

"Beautiful property!! We truly enjoyed our stay at Marriott's Manor Club at Ford's Colony. The grounds were immaculately kept, the drive in from the entrance is beautiful and welcoming. Even though it is about a 15-20 minute drive to/from Colonial Williamsburg, and there are many other hotels closer, this Marriott is weel worth the drive! The staff is friendly, the workout facility was great and the indoor AND outdoor pools were a bonus!"
