"When I booked the room for the night I was informed that there was a transport to the airport. There was not. but the lady at the reception told us about the sky train on level 2 would take us to the airport."

"Clean and renovated rooms located near BC place and restaurants. Nespresso in the room and lobby, which is a positive thing for me. Staff is also awesome. Everything in this hotel is great, especially their cause."

"The hotel is old, but they have done a very good job revitalizing it. The cost difference compared to other Vanc hotels is huge. It’s nice that they offer free parking, WiFi, the Photo Booth, free library, lush atrium, free water etc. it’s perfect for a quick overnight stay."

"Very clean room, comfortable bed and pillows. Pleasant, ambient scent throughout hotel. Fluffy robe provided. Very quiet in the room. It would have been perfect if room service from Moxie’s or Shark Club was offered. Great value, would definitely stay again!"
