Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy

Room was cancelled upon arrival

Arrived to my room (despite having tried made contact with the owner days before) and my room was cancelled. No explanation other than it wasn’t available even though I had booked and already paid. Left with no room in Mexico.
