"The Excellence Riviera Cancun was magical. I have been to 5 different resorts in the area and this one takes the top. The food is one of the most important aspect of an all inclusive resort for me and this resort delivers, both on the buffet and the a la cart restaurant. Since this is an adult only resort, the entertainment was also top notch. My favourite was the Michael Jackson performance and the circus show. Lastly, the service was unbeatable. I had pool and beach staff swinging by every 30min or so taking drink and food order, all very friendly and attentive. I will definitely be coming back!"

"It’s a very nice secluded property you have access to all three resorts which is nice! They transport you via gold carts they offer a guided bike tour of Puerto Morelos which was really nice! It’s about 1hr away from Cancun. You can purchase tickets to different activities at the lobby area. The restaurants are very nice! Be sure to make reservations right away my favorite was the Italian. "

"I love this place, every staff is willing and happy for help. We had a bit of an unpleasant incident during stay, but the manager quickly solved it and sincerely apologized. Everyone works very hard and thank them for their efforts."

"Very clean resort. No eating at the pool which keeps birds away. Wait staff were always there taking orders. Never had to wait. Many restaurants to choose from. The only down side was the seaweed. They could clean the hat up better. "

"there was a group of 10 of us with all different interests - they offered many excursions for all types of people. Just staying at the resort there was plenty to do as well. My one complaint would be the Italian restaurant - the food was not great there - otherwise we thought it was great!"
