"This is our 4th time staying at a Royalton property and this experience was very disappointing. First Expedia states the accommodations come with $300 room credit you have to listen to a 3 hour sales pitch the join a Marriott reward program then at the end they still don’t give you the $300 credit. When questioned about this at checkout staff stated multiple people have had this same issue and to leave a review. We booked a jacuzzi terrace suite the jacuzzi was dirty upon arrival then once cleaned brown ice cold water came out. The jacuzzi tub in the room also did not have hot water. The excursions they sell you at the resort are not what they say they are we booked an excursion that included snorkeling when we got there we were told snorkeling was cancelled and was not offered even a partial refund. Everywhere you turn someone is trying to sell you something even if you declined while walking past 15 minutes earlier. There were raccoons roaming the halls and stairwells at night the entire resort smelled like sewage. Everything was very rushed if you got up from your table after eating to get dessert your table will be cleared and someone else will be sitting there. We booked a massage that comes with usage of the entire spa including hydro massage sauna hot tubs that all was rushed and monitored with staff telling you where you can go and how long. We did not received the entire 50 minutes allotted for either the massage or spa amenities."

"Cant say enough about Breathless. All three couples struggled to find any problems at all. Rooms were clean and well attended; staff consistently asked if we needed anything and were always smiling. Events and entertainment were well attended....many activities and shows to attend. At least six different restaurants to choose from and all meals were execellent. The only thing we would have changed was the DJ music at both pools; WAY to clubby and loud with no one dancing except the paid staff. DJ did not read the crowd and it made socializing sometimes a chore. Even the 'quiet' pool had pounding dance music starting around lunchtime....not necessary."

"Very clean and well put together property. The staff in all aspects was attentive and eager to help or serve. The pools are cleaned every early morning as I was up early to see them scrubbing. The rooms were great. Clean and the air was perfect. The beach was beautiful, but the ocean was less than desirable. I touched it once and that was enough. Maybe it was the season? To that end, I stayed in the pool areas and I was very happy with that experience. Highly recommend this resort. Price v Experience is top notch. 25 minutes from the airport is a big plus as well. I was a single traveler to this resort for 4 days because the spa is fantastic. This resort had very little singles (mostly couples), but the environment is so relaxing that everyone talks to everyone. Food was better than expected in every restaurant. The seafood dishes were fantastic. Olas has a great augachile dish which hits perfect for lunch."
