"I really liked my stay, but it took them 1 hour to give us the room, they gave it to us at 4pm, and when we finally got it it was a double, and I booked the king room, I had to go back to the lobby, and although the manager was very capable and gave us the right room, the truth is we had a bad time, but I must say that the experience was ideal."

"The property is very lovely and the pools are great. The pool bar employees are nice and they make a good cocktail. The beach is a quick few minute ride with a shuttle and the beach bar and area is great as well. Oscar makes a great mojito! The buffet and El Olivo had very tasty food and good service. The only downside was there was a musty smell in our room. We loved our stay at the Aquamarine and will be back! "

"My husband and i stayed here for 5 days, and we had a wonderful time! From Rosa at the front desk who took care of us and made sure we had a beautiful room with a stunning view to Junior the pool concierge who had our cabanas ready every morning and checked on us. Danny at The Reef made sure the drinks kept flowing and Wander kept us inform of all the activities. We had a beautiful time! Everyone was attentive, and made sure we enjoyed our vacation. "

Cons: The beach is covered in seaweed, as is the water. So much so that we could not enter the ocean. The view is lovely, but it is not a “beach vacation.” The other not great issue is the food. "I enjoyed my 3 nights at this property. The pool view was absolutely amazing even though there is not an ocean view. I paid extra for breakfast and it was wonderful. Unfortunately, there were a few things that I did not like, such as the WiFi only working in the lobby. The balcony sliding door not being able to close or lock. They did not provide wash cloths. Other than that, it is an awesome hotel."
