Villa Skine with private pool and lush garden

Villa Skine is a comfortable 2-story villa with 2 bedrooms and a private pool. From the balcony on the 2nd floor you can enjoy the view of the White Mountains. Villa Skine has a private pool (38m²) surounded with a plot (1.100 m²) full of grass and trees and flowers. The graphic Old town of Chania is 15 km away.
The neighborhood is very quiet. The most common noise you will hear is the sound of animals from a small farm near by. The area surrounding the house is full of vegetation and narrow streets, so you can definitely take a stroll through nature and explore the village or exercise. To reach the center of the village you only need 5 minutes of walking. Once you reach the center you can find the mini markets, very beautiful and traditional coffee shops, a pharmacy, restaurant and a butcher shop. You can easily move around the village with a car. In case you want to go explore the mountains then you might need an offroad car because some roads are not paved and during winter the snow makes it more difficult. There is also a bus stop at the center of the village that can take you to both the nearby villages and to the city of Chania.
