"What made this place special is the host or manager. A few days before the stay, he had tried to keep in touch with you, and during the whole stay, assisted you through, dining places, transport from and to the next stop and room assistance, etc. Any enquiries were responded within a matter of minutes, via WhatsApp. The best host I had ever encountered. "We stayed in the “Gold Suite”. It was very luxurious. Marble stairs as we walked in. All the furniture and lighting was modern as well as the TV. They had a wonderful hot tub out on the terrace. The bathroom facility is amazing and the water pressure is excellent. The staff including Sofilikis was very friendly and greeted us upon arrival. The hotel is located in the main downtown area and just a few minute walk to the old Venetian harbor."

"Beautiful property and very convenient location to Old Town. The one downside is parking. I read somewhere that the property had parking, but it turned out to not have any. We were lucky enough to find parking nearby when we arrived, but then we didn't want to drive anywhere after that for fear of losing our parking spot. Otherwise, everything with this hotel was great!
