They go out of their way to accommodate and help. Breakfast was delicious and one of the best I’ve had and it by itself was a great experience. Room and hotel made the whole stay in chania perfect, as it feels you are staying in part of history with all the amenities and it is a well kept property."

"It's a lovely hotel in a great location but they miss out on a few details. The rooms are large, stylish and modern and it is just a short walk to the historic port with great restaurants. Examples of what lets it down are small details like the posters in the lift are stuck on with peeling tape, the paving outside is uneven. There's no desk in the room and only one seat. Breakfast has a limited selection and you can order a cooked meal but it's basic. Parking is free but a limited number of spaces. It's a great hotel, but could be even better."
