"Can’t say enough. Very nice apartment in rural Tuscany area. Host was present to let us in and show us his place. Provided wine and goodies. Was clean and comfortable. It’s clear he put in the time and attention to detail to provide a very nice guest experience. Would highly recommend. "

"Pros: Well equipped kitchen, lovely view from the two balconies, ideal base for hiking in the Pistoian hills and Appennin mountains."

"Carlos greeted us at the property and ensured we knew where everything was in the residence which was well equipped, very clean and next door to a grocery store. Carlos also recommended a great beach called the American Beach nearby and a fabulous Italian restaurant which I lost the receipt for but the food was excellent and incredibly reasonable. Carlos and Silvana are great hosts and deserving of their rating as Superhosts. Would recommend them to anyone staying in the area. "

"Pros: La gentilezza della host, nell’appartamento c’era proprio tutto: indispensabile x cucina e bagno, una bottiglia d’acqua in frigo al nostro arrivo, cialde per il caffè, tostapane, phon, spazio lavanderia, aria condizionata, arredo minimal ma di gusto. Cons: La scala per salire in camera è un po’ “insidiosa”"

"Pros: We hebben een week bij deze huis verblijven. Alles is zoals beschreven. Laura is echt behulpzaam en zorgt alles. Airco werkt prima.Met onze auto gingen wij naar de Toscaanse steden en stranden echt makkelijk. Cons: Wifi is traag met 3-4 apparaten. Douche ruimte is iets klein voor dikke mensen."

"Check-in war unpersönlich und wie ein Schnitzeljagd. Sauber, ruhig, grossraümig, tolle Lage (Supermarkt, Bahnhof). Die Kücheaussattung muss verbessert werden. z.B. Tefalpfanne abgenutzt und gefährlich für Gesundheit. Keine passende Steckdose für Wasserkocher. Abdunsthaubefilter runter gefallen. "

"Beautiful landscape, village nearby Bagni di Lucca. Perfect for people who love silence. House very simple. Place to eat only outside. Small kitchen and could be better prepared for cooking. Perfect and easy and nice communication."
