Due to a mix up about the address (the address is in Pisa, not Livorno, and the same address in Livorno is nearly ten miles from the actual apartment) we took much longer to get to the Vrbo than we had originally told the property manager. We did, however, finally get the correct location and got a taxi to the address with an arrival at 19:45. Aber ❗️❗️❗️ 4 Monate vorher gebucht und bestätigt. Eine (nur eine) Nachricht vom Vermieter (man könne nur von So. bis So. buchen) kam. Trotz Kontakt zum Service Team, die alles versucht haben hat sich der Vermieter nicht mehr gemeldet . Wir waren schon von Milano aus auf dem Weg zum Appartement mit ständigem Kontakt zu Service Team die...
