"Property location was perfect for flying into Pisa. Walking distance to the airport. Comfortable quiet space. In fact one of the most comfortable beds we slept in in Italy. Perfect for the day after and the day before the long flights to Italy and back home. Host was wonderful- met as at the property and gave us the full tour. He even had cold water waiting for us when we arrived. Great value and more space than we could have imagined. 3 floors and 2 outdoor spaces. Grazie mille!"

Located on Borgo Stretto, it is right in the middle of every tourist activity—and close to the river. The hostess is extremely accommodating—even if a late arrival is necessary. "Me and my husband stayed for 14 days in the house for holiday It was a good place to be, a lot of rooms and a nice property manager There were a few problems for exampel the airco who didnt worked and it was very hot that time And the house was a little oldfashioned but the owner told us that they were thinking about a new kitchen and a new airco We had a good time there And Michela is a very friendly person"

"We were very pleased with this property. It was very spacious,clean and well located. It was easy to walk to the beach and local bars and only a short journey into Pisa. Lisa the owner lives on site and was very helpful. The enclosed garden was also great for the xhildren"

"The flat was ideally located very close to the historic centre of Pisa and the downtown. It was also not far from the train station Pisa Centrale, so you could take a train anywhere very easily. The owner’s mother, Francesca, was very kind and helpful, both in booking in and leaving. The flat had a bright, lovely garden in the back, and all the amenities you would need. Altogether, a great booking experience!"

"A really lovely house with every accomodation you need to spend a perfect holiday. We even found a dutch novel our daughter started to read :). It really is close to the beach, with just 5-10 mins walk. By car, Livorno, Pisa and even Florence are very closeby, and perfect getaways for when you want a break from the beach. The owner is a friendly guy who is very responsive and reachable should you have questions. We felt very welcome! Thanks for a lovely holiday!"

"Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour de 2 jours dans ce gîte. Il est très cosy, plein de charme,très propre et tout est bien pensé ! Nous avons pu préparer nos petits déjeuners avec ce que nous avons trouvé sur place. Son emplacement est top! Christian et sa femme ont été très réactifs et nous avons bien communiqué. Nous recommandons vraiment ce gîte !"

"10min walk to the nearest train station to get to other areas of italy such as florence and cinque terre. 15min walk to the tower of Pisa. Clean chalet, friendly & helpful staff, shop/cafe/restaurant on site. Kitchen area equipped with basics for cooking, there is no kettle,toaster, oven or microwave - just a 4 ringed gas hob which i feel could be improved more. Lots of mosquitos so ensure you pack repellant. Towels to hire. Good quality supermarket 10min walk away. I would definitely stay here...
