"There were no shops nearby. Few internal shops were really pricey. probably thats the way it is. Not a lot of stuff to do if you dont want to be in the swimming pool or beach. Food were same everyday. not a lot of changes in food. I thought the food will be a little different each day of the week. Drinks were great. "

"The beach has seaweed issues and the resort has restaurant reservation issues similar to most all-inclusives. But overall the place was nice, the pools were good, the staff was fantastic. The tequila floalwed, all is well"

"Always easy to point out the negatives, but they are limited. Often out of pool towels, the ultra all inclusive has some odd exclusions. Just charge a bit more and include everything. Could use pool or beach attendants to avoid people reserving chairs. Cheapens the experience. Invest in big ice cubes for evening cocktails That said, the staff are great. Resort is beautiful. Great location. Food and drink are great. A mix of fun and high end cocktails. Cater very well to allergies. Peaceful, elegant, clean and quiet. Definitely go to this resort as one of the best (if not the best) in Tulum or Mayan Riviera."

"LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION. Being steps away from the beach you just cant beat that! The staff at the house were amazing and very helpful in keeping everything clean, including the seaweed off the beach. We did the meal service 2 nights and were a bit underwhelmed with the food quality. But the bartender service was totally worth it. The house its self has some wear and tear I feel like could be updated but overall it was a amazing house, location and time spent. We would definitely come back. "

"The host was incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout the preplanning of our trip as well as throughout our entire stay. She was easy to access and responsive. Barbara even helped us plan a small wedding/vow exchange on the property and connected us with some amazing people to help make our day magical in this beautiful location!The amenities were gorgeous, the view, the calm bay and BEAUTIFUL sand and well-kept beach for enjoyed by all!The staff were OUTSTANDING and just as hard to leave as the beautiful location. They were all so kind, accommodating and down right hard workers!!! We enjoyed the incredible food served by Manuel and the delicious bottomless drinks served by Loius. We appreciated the beautiful ladies that helped keep our space clean and tidy and were so helpful with getting clothes washed and pressed for our big day! "The hacienda was beautiful, with its own cenote and underground river. Tours by David were amazing on site, and his advice for activities, restaurants etc. really enhanced our stay. The restaurant food was excellent - we had breakfast included and also ate one lunch and 2 dinners during our 5 night stay. "

"This was our first experience vacationing in this way and it was fantastic. The villa had plenty of room to be with the kids. Waking up and walking right out to the beach and paddle boarding with the morning sun was fantastic. Luis was extremely helpful from pre-arrival groceries to finding taxis. And even though we were concerned as we shared the beach with the casitas, it wasn’t an issue at all. Everyone was nice, respectful of space and no noise issues. Being able to walk down the beach to 2 fantastic restaurants was perfect. I liked the security and we would come back! Thank you for your patience with all my questions. "
