Nice room. Didnt like the lamp not working or blown globes the off milk for my tea in the morning or the alarm that went off about 2am

It was great room. Clean and good amenities. Awesome wine glasses had in the fridge. I thought tow things require. If there were fixing,they would be more excellent!!! 1: shower room didn’t have foot mattress. 2: air conditioning was someone setting 17°. I try to turn off 3times , but Again to someone turn on . I’ve felt cold that day. Anyway Hotel has sooo nice. Convenient place. Thank you so much for calming and peaceful time. Sincerely.

The property is in a lovely area in Perth close to bars, restaurants and the Optus stadium. The accommodation is very comfortable.

Fantastic hotel and staff.
Great location- The hotel was close to local restaurants, cafe’s and the city centre was a 15 minute walk away. The staff were lovely and very helpful. We definitely plan to return and get a massage as well as an overnight stay.

I was despondent at first given that the property was not traditional hotel style; however this though escapes my mind almost instantly. It is more like coming home to the luxury of quiet, yet will all that the down stairs spa has to offer. The staff were above and beyond helpful and friendly. m Thank you so much... J&N

Really nice place with comfortable rooms, fantastic common areas and plenty of easy street parking at night. But not a place to stay when in Perth for a business trip.

Always a pleasure staying overnight. My only complaint was the room was dusty in particular the bedside lamp was extremely dusty & needed a good clean.

The A/C didn't work on the day we checked in - the temperature was mid 30C, so the room was warm and stuffy. Informed the manager about A/C the next day as it was forecast to reach high 30C. The manager did manage to get someone to come and check the A/C unit out. We had to leave the premises because of the temperature inside. By the time we returned, the manager of the accommodation had left, A/C turned off, a small box of chocolates and alcoholic beverage was left in our room with no explanation. We ate the melted chocolates and left the beverage as we don't drink. The room had a door to balconies, but we couldn't leave it open for fresh air due to insects and security. I understand that facilities fail, but it is the owner's responsibility to maintain the facilities to prevent t this from happening.

Great spot but poor wifi
Didn't actually see anyone due to my schedule. The room was very pleasant and spotlessly clean. My problems were the cold water tap in the bath was stuck, the loo flush did not work and the Wi-Fi was very poor/intermittent. I did leave a note the next morning to request help with the flush but nothing happened. The note was on a napkin so maybe they did not notice. It would be a great place to have an extended stay I.e. more than 2 nights and is close to a yellow cat bus route. Over the pedestrian (Trafalgar) bridge to Royal St, the bus takes 10 minutes at most into CBD.

Location! Location!
The location was perfect for our event at Optus stadium. A 10 minute walk there and an $8 uber back at the end of the night! The room was very comfortable but breakfast was a bit light on: just cereals and toast. It would have been nice to have access to a coffee machine, even a pod coffee machine in the morning.

Comfortable but a long way to bedroom!
Unfortunately we had to lug our suitcases up 2 flights of stairs - we are over 70 so this was a minus. We didn't see any staff so couldn't rate that one. Room was clean and comfortable however the toilet didn't flush properly and we couldn't get on wifi despite ringing for help and told to try again later which we did to no avail. The staff at the spa appear to use the common kitchen where we had breakfast!

quiet hotel close to city centre
This is more like an upmarket homestay than a hotel. Room and adjacent bathroom was a generous size and comfortable. Across the road is a light industrial area, so views are not that flash. Over all, good value for money and very comfortable.
