The location is beautiful, check in staff lovely, bedding & towels good, strange smell in room need air fresheners maybe, was cold at night couldn’t alter room temperature. The area and location of this hotel are great but we were given an upgrade and felt it was a downgrade. Having stayed here before the room was lovely and modern, which is why we chose to stay again. The “upgrade” we were given was to a family room with two additional beds, no ensuite and it was quite damp smelling. The bedroom had no bedside PowerPoints, the aircon couldn’t be controlled properly and the room was very cold. The living area had no lights and just a lamp which was weird. We will not be staying here again.

It is right on the waterfront. The room and bathroom is huge. The balcony overlooking the water is beautiful. Bed is a king and was so comfy. Cafes and restaurant bars were so close by. My only little complaint would be it can be a bit noisy with the cafes and bars below.

It is the views that swayed our decision

We have been to this accommodation before and have come back again for the same reason. It is in the location where we need to be at the time and it has some impressive views. The price was a little steep this time but it was a last minute decision. There are reasonable facilities around us and we will stay here again in the future
