"The host was very friendly, and shared some great tips for visiting the Hilo area. Check-in/out instructions were helpful and easy to follow. The building itself is a little tired and could use some updating/cleaning. The unit was well equipped and cozy. The beds were not particularly comfortable and overall I would rate the accomodations as 4 star"

"Clean, well appointed, bright 1 Bedroom that easily accommodated three adults. We particularly liked the lanai. Days, had a nice view of park and bay. At night, you hear the waves crashing against the rocks. You really are staying on the beach. Special mention of Terry, the owner. He’s super responsive. This was a great experience. Thank you."

"It was close to friends and family to visit and pick me up. Close to Island Style Cafe. Big island Candies and Cookies. It was even walking distance. The actual condo was perfect. It had everything from cleaning supplies, laundry detergent. Not to mention a full kitchen which I never used but also had everything you needed to be comfortable. Bed was cozy. Balcony furniture was comfortable too. Easy checking and check out. I will definitely stay again…."

"The location was convenient. The view was amazing. Had a little trouble sleeping due to the noise of the frogs and a rooster that woke us up every morning at 524am. The condo was amazing other than that. We felt very safe and loved that we were only 50ft from the water...aaaannndddd we got to swim with the sea turtles. Amazing."

"Property was nice. Frying pan had baked on black frying residue and was warped high in the middle. Wanted to watch TV, couldn't get it to work. Got to work once during the one day out of seven day stay, but never again. Overall a nice condo."

"I love taking my breaks and walk around the complex, go to farmers market or go to all the amazing different food places around. It’s also just minutes to beaches falls , the volcano, farms, botanical gardens and many other beautiful places"

"Condo was fine. Rained a lot, but loved being close to the park and ponds. Condo has everything you need including beach toys. Kids upstairs liked to run so a little noisy, but we were out a lot so it was fine."

"Nice and within walking distance of Carlsmith beach and just a short drive to Richardson Park. Condo seemed to be just renovated and a good view of Carlsmith from the balcony. The manager was quick to remedy an issue with a smoke detector and was easily reachable by phone. The only thing we would have loved to see would be a nicer pool area, although we stayed busy and didn’t get to swim :)"

"My husband and I stayed for three nights, the studio is small but perfect for just two people, especially when being outside more of the time. The area around the apartment didn’t feel super safe at night time, but we were fine walking. Close to downtown and all within easy driving to the rocky beaches"

So thankful for the cooler! The bed was very comfortable. While it is a bit dated, it is decorated adorably and very clean. Highly recommend."
