"After a long & arduous 10.30hr day the last thing we wanted was problems checking in. The office closed at 7 not 9 as indicated on the website information, but when we finally contacted them everything was fine. The property needs to update their operating hours. As they only work 9-7. The laundry says it’s open at 8 but I fact doesn’t open till 9. These little things are very annoying. Great Location. The room was clean & roomy, looked as if it had been recently refurbished. Everything was within walking distance. "

"Enjoyed our stay. Very clean and a well equipped kitchen. Even washer and drier that we didn’t use. My only complaint is we had to book and pay extra for parking which is normally included."

"The most beautiful 5 star stay! Everything was excellent all down to the finer details. Breakfast was consistently excellent as was the cleanliness of the hotel, the gym, pool and sauna. Staff were welcoming and nothing was too much bother. We were sad to leave today and cannot wait to return. Thank you for the room upgrade also, we loved our stay! "

"The standard of the rooms was very poor .No bench or running water ,had to make coffee on the fridge top .Hole in bathroom wall had a rough plaster patch .My sisters unit bathroom had a checker plate sheet on the floor which was covering a large hole in the floor .The whole place seemed to be set up for seasonal fruit pickers and it appears some are moved out when a unit is needed .Clearly there needs to be a better inspection system. "
