Excellent location, friendly helpful staff, great restaurant
The room and staff were amazing, the location to the shops and restaurants was excellant, most in walking distance. The parking was a little chaotic, large vehicles prevented the use of some of the free spaces. Otherwise, I'd stay again.
Clean room. Very nice staff. Parking can be a little bit challenging but people are very helpful.

The Pacific Ocean is unbeatable!
The staff were friendly and helpful. After 6pm the main reception doors were closed so you had to go through the car park to enter the building which was a little bit annoying.
Excellent location, close to the town center. Option to park free overnight in secure council parking. Check in staff member excellent.
Perfect sized room for overnight stay. Comfy bed.
Really missed having a microwave, would have been nice even if only in the lobby. Room was clean. Towels were nice. I thought the bed was too firm, Hubby thought it was too soft. Other than that, I liked the shower, bathroom and the quiet of the hotel.
Great Italian restaurant downstairs. Portofino, great food, awesome staff!

Staff very helpful. Room very clean and location excellent.
Room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The front desk staff who checked us in was welcoming, but the front desk hours are very limited. The hotel is a little dated but not bad and is still in good shape. The art in the stairwells and hallway is cool and was a nice touch.
