The room and staff were amazing, the location to the shops and restaurants was excellant, most in walking distance. The parking was a little chaotic, large vehicles prevented the use of some of the free spaces. Otherwise, I'd stay again.

Really missed having a microwave, would have been nice even if only in the lobby. Room was clean. Towels were nice. I thought the bed was too firm, Hubby thought it was too soft. Other than that, I liked the shower, bathroom and the quiet of the hotel. Great Italian restaurant downstairs. Portofino, great food, awesome staff!
