"I have stayed at the Deco Motel several time of the years and have always been pleased with the service and facilities provided. However this time after long drive, on arrival at 5-30pm there was no one at reception. Instead a telephone number to ring. There was no complimentary milk left in unit. There was no compendium showing operating instructions or local amenities in the unit. The only person we met was when handing the key in at reception. The person asked when I had arrived!!!! Next time I am staying in Napier I will be looking for a different motel."
