"I booked a room (for 6 nights) with a view to the park, but was surprised after l checked in arround 6 pm, they put me in a back room in facing maintenance area. I want back to the reception and they changed my room facing the park (as per my booking). But the surprise was the windows and the view was blocked be cause they were making maintenance of the facade of the building. It was late and I was tired and has no choice at the time but to acceptfor the night. What added insult to injury l was awakened at 8 in the morning by the noise of workers and drilling on the exact level on the walls next to my room (831). The odd thing is, not all rooms facing the park were covered and under maintenance/ construction. The next day I complained to the receptionist and they apologized as the don't have any availability and they promised to change the room but never did. I had stay the full period with this inconvenience.. as they have took the full amount of my stay once I checked in.. and was not refundable. One of the worst experiences I've ever encountered."

"The staff who checked me in was professional and amazing. She gave us a beautiful room with a view to celebrate my parent's anniversary. She made sure to make us feel comfortable and special. The room was clean and spacious. The wifi was speedy with no issues. The lamp lights did not turn on...perhaps the light bulbs were out? We had a wonderful stay and hope to return. Thank you!"

"Hotel is locate at Ottawa downtown area, very convenience. Staffs are friendly. We have 5 people and stay in a suite with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with laundry. Very comfortable stay. Only downside is the shapoo, conditioner and shower gel. They are so hard to squeeze. Should use the pump ones. Other than that, everything is good."
