"The staff is great The rooms are clean, and functional, the plumbing sometimes leaves a lot to be desired, the shower overflow is annoying, and I wish they’d have washcloths and hand towels. It’s a great intimate setting to meet people who are also vacationing. The pool area is great."

"big disappointment . years ago , my wife and i stayed here on our honeymoon, it was great the town was great . we had a deluxe suite ocean front villa it had a bed room area with seperate sitting area and kitchenette and an ocean front balcony, fabulous place to stay. this time however i book a deluxe suite ocean front villa . there was nothing deluxe or suite about it. i have had better rooms at the motel 6. it was a bed in a room and one small tabe with a coffe maker on it and a mini fridge on the floor.thats it. nothing to put your luggage on nowhere to sit . not a single chair. not even a do not disturb sign . nothing . i go and complian that i was given the wrong room, they said that is the room you ordered through expedia and they are not at fault or affiliated with them . the wrist bands they give you says expida.com right next to mia reef .i said can i get a different room? no we are all booked. how about a chair and a luggage rack and how about a do not disturb sign . i got the luggage rack . i made my own do not disturb sign and never got a chair . they did try to bribe me with a free dinner to not leave a bad review i said no and did not sign the waiver. they gave me the dinner anyway and asked what else i would want in leu of the room i was supposed to have i said money? that was a no so i said get me a cab to the ferry on checkout day . they said ok to that . so on check out day we get to the ferry and the cab driver demands payment. they stiffed me. "

"My room was small but turned out great. Bathroom very clean, bed comfortable. A/c worked well. As an added bonus there was a safe at no extra cost. Mini fridge was cold and there turned out to be enough room for my carry on and clothing. No breakfast offered, just tea and coffee in lobby. All floors offered bottled water in hallway."

"kitchen issues: Kitchen faucet was loose. Repair was attempted by maint, but did not last (missing parts/washers under counter I am guessing). Made due. Next, pipes under the sink began leaking, one due to rubber seal on upside down (fixed that myself). The other sink was cross threaded (also fixed it myself), but the plastic piping is the inexpensive type and continued with a slow drip. Placed a towel under drip, informed building supervisor. Next was there were no mixing or storage bowls etc. Supervisor provided one which helped, plus we used a "decorative" ceramic one from the kitchen island, then one soup bowl (good thing we did not do any entertaining). There were also uneven numbers of serving sets. 2 bowls, 3 plates, 3 side plates. Guessing previous guest broke them, and they were not replaced. Recommend Corelle dishes as they definitely do not break as easy as porcelain/stoneware/ceramic. Ceiling fan on balcony did not work, but not a big deal as we did not spend much time out there. AC in condo worked fine. Stuff that was good was the clothes drying rack along with 2 beach chairs and a clothes washer in the condo. Our friends (who were in the other side of the building owned by a different owner) were jealous. The roof pool was great for city/street views, tanning, card games etc. Floaty toys were also up there so did not need to bring any. Good thing one of our friends had a room on 5th floor so we could use their wifi. Otherwise, no wifi up there. Rm wifi good."

"Awesome resort! Quiet, clean, amazing beach view! Definitely do the all inclusive. Breakfast and drinks are absolutely worth it! The bartenders at the pool and beach are on top of it! The pool bartenders made really fun drinks too! There is always someone walking around to clean up and keep an eye on the rooms so we all felt incredibly safe"
