"I stayed for 3 nights. The staff was very polite, and everything looked very clean. The room was spacious and very nice. The beach is not that great, so I only swam in the pool, which was wonderful. We also traveled to Playa Norte for a better beach experience. The only thing I didn’t like about this hotel, and probably the reason I wouldn’t come back, is that I was given a room close to the entrance. My room was probably the sixth one from the lobby, and I could hear a lot of people talking loudly during the night, as well as the neighbors next to me. I even heard the couple next door arguing outside their room around 2 a.m., which was very sad. Since sleep is a priority for me during vacation, this was a big issue. All three nights I didn’t get a good night’s sleep. Maybe if I had a room on the second or third floor it would make a difference, but on the first floor and so close to the lobby it was very noisy, both in the morning and at night. Other than that, the hotel was very good. Even though I really liked the hotel, resting and getting good sleep during my vacation is a priority for me, so I probably wouldn’t stay here again."

"Our stay at Casa Oasis Caribe was absolutely fantastic. The house itself is beautiful and perfectly set up for two couples. There are two nearly identical bedrooms (one even has a small couch), which made it feel balanced and comfortable for everyone.The AC was ice cold, the beds were extremely comfortable, and the showers had great hot water. Everything was spotless when we arrived — clean as a whistle — and we were greeted with towels folded into little animals, which was such a thoughtful touch and really showed the attention to detail.The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed and was clean and fully functional, making it easy to cook when we wanted to stay in.Colleen was incredibly responsive throughout the booking process and very helpful with any questions we had. Once we arrived, Mundaca Management took over and our concierge, Chema, was top notch. He was waiting for us when we arrived and explained everything about the house in great detail. He gave us his contact information and helped with local recommendations, restaurant suggestions, and even arranged a taxi for our departure day. Truly seamless service.The location is excellent — in a great area with friendly neighbors and plenty of wonderful breakfast, lunch, and dinner spots within walking distance.5 stars all the way. We would absolutely love to stay here again."

"The room was perfect, clean, and spacious. Just what the photos showed and the bed was very comfortable. Staff though, was non-existent. We never figured out your internet as the code didn't work. Also, the hot tub was not hot and we could not find anyone to turn the heat on. Repeated messages to the hotel got no response. We did not find out until halfway through our stay that there was a communal kitchen with a refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot, toaster, and pots and pans for cooking. The grounds were classy and well kept. Good food was just a short walk away. Our favorite was the Isla Village for dinner with enjoyable live music. And breakfast at the Mango Cafe."
