"Goodness the views from this condo were amazing! We were very pleased with the location on the southern end of Isla. It was away from most of the congestion found near the local town centers. We rented a golf cart for the week through Mo the concierge. As well as received quotes he provided for some offshore excursions. As is with most properties there are usually some issues and we did have some. Fortunately, between Mo and Chuck (the owner) they were handled to our satisfaction. The roof top pool was beautiful in the evenings, and we took advantage several times. In the evenings the in-house restaurant provides live music and some basic fare of dinner items. We went from one end of the island to the other partaking of many dining, shopping and sightseeing spots. I would definitely recommend following the detailed email from Chuck outlining how to reach Isla from the airport in Cancun. Saved some dollars by utilizing his recommendations. You will be hounded at the airport by the transport companies. It helps if you already have your tickets arranged online for the transport back and forth from the airport to the ferry, And from the ferry to Isla and the return trips. One last thing exchange some pesos from your local bank before you take off. Provide your bank a couple of days to put together the quantity needed. You will be glad you did this the exchange rate fluctuates quite a bit. We are looking forward to another trip to Isla and definitely will be booking this condo!"

"From the moment we booked our stay to the moment we locked the door and headed home, everyone was absolutely amazing! Everything was a 10 out of 10—the beautiful house, our special guacamole treat, the incredible views, meeting our new iguana friends, and cooling off in the pool. 年We had the best time exploring all the fun Isla had to offer, especially with our golf cart rental. It was the perfect getaway, filled with beautiful memories, sunshine, and plenty of fun. We can’t wait to come back! "

"great view of the beach in a really nice pool. place was perfect for our needs - dad, mom, 2 young kids. would be great for 2 couples also. take red flash lights so you can watch the sea turtles nest in front of the house (you have to take steps to get down tot eh beach, the house is on a cliff above the beach). great restaurants all around. would love to go back."

"Had a wonderful stay. The condo is absolutely beautiful and was very accommodating for our party of 6 adults. Plenty of room, with comfortable furniture, beds and great air conditioning. Communication with property manager was easy and Alex was very responsive. I highly recommend this condo and will definitely book again."

"We enjoyed our stay at Bella Mar! We stayed in room #1 by the pool. The AC was cold and the room was clean. The views are beautiful. You have full use of the outdoor kitchen and the full size refrigerator is shared by all 6 rooms. Plenty of space for drinks etc. Caribbean Garden next door was excellent for breakfast and dinner. Another coffee shop is in the same area that looked good, but we didn't get anything there. Mango Cafe and Rosa Serenas are both within walking distance. Would definitely stay here again."

"The house was clean , and host was welcoming and available for us whenever needed. They helped with getting taxis when needed and arranged golf carts for our big family. The location was perfect if you rent a golf cart or get a taxi. Never had any issue with getting around and views were amazing. "
