"Beautiful little place with the beach right at your foot steps. The unit is small but has all the essentials you need for a short stay. There is a nice a little pool , (which if your lucky and no one else is renting at the same time is all yours to use and there is also a nice sitting area on the balcony of back yard to watch the water. The best part is the little beach area with a nice clear little patch to swim in (right down the stairs). The only 2 things to know is that there is nothing close enough to walk to to get food but you can order in. Also, the caretaker locks up the gates around 10pm, so not ideal if you want to stay out late. But communication with the owner is wonderful .It is a special little gem to enjoy for a couple nights."

From the moment we arrived until the day we left, everything exceeded our expectations.The house is beautiful, spacious, spotless, and perfect for families or larger groups. The pool was a favorite gathering place, and the location made it easy to enjoy everything Isla Mujeres has to offer. Most importantly, we always felt safe, comfortable, and genuinely cared for.Miguel is one of the best care takers we've ever had. He arranged our transportation, helped with golf cart rentals, did our initial grocery shopping, checked on us throughout the week, helped us navigate road construction, and was always just a message away if we needed anything. His hospitality made our vacation completely stress-free.The private chef dinner him and his wife prepared for us on our last night was unforgettable. It was beautifully prepared, absolutely delicious, and the perfect way to end our trip.If you're considering Casa Mimosa, don't hesitate. We travel often, and this was one of the best vacation rental experiences we've ever had. Our family made memories we'll cherish forever, and we can't wait to come back."

"We enjoyed our stay at Bella Mar! We stayed in room #1 by the pool. The AC was cold and the room was clean. The views are beautiful. You have full use of the outdoor kitchen and the full size refrigerator is shared by all 6 rooms. Plenty of space for drinks etc. Caribbean Garden next door was excellent for breakfast and dinner. Another coffee shop is in the same area that looked good, but we didn't get anything there. Mango Cafe and Rosa Serenas are both within walking distance. Would definitely stay here again."
