"The house was clean , and host was welcoming and available for us whenever needed. They helped with getting taxis when needed and arranged golf carts for our big family. The location was perfect if you rent a golf cart or get a taxi. Never had any issue with getting around and views were amazing. "

However they don’t limit you on what you can order- so I understand the meaning behind it all- preserve and don’t be wasteful. They have a variety of food and It’s not a buffet so it makes it all even better because then you know the food is made fresh. They have a variety of options - don’t be afraid to ask, Everything else was restful and peaceful, made even more special by the surprise from my fiancé. The views were beautiful, and it was so easy to get around. It was just a short ride to Playa Norte with a golf cart, and Dolphin Discovery was a great experience too. We can't wait to come Back."

"First of all, the home was beautiful! The entire property had a warm feel of home because of the constant care and attention to every detail provided by Concierge Carlos, Butler Ramon, Housekeeper Jacquline ,Chefs Catalina and Umberto !! I cant say enough about these wonderful people on staff ! So proffessional! They were 100% focused on making our stay the best possible. Catalinas 3 meal presentation was probably the best experience we had on the island. Highly recommend! Beds comfy. Shower pressure great. 9 adult guests 7 nights"

"We knew this wasn’t typical all-inclusive hotel, but the meal service kept changing during our stay. First, breakfast was a buffet, then it switched to a menu. One day the service was perfect, the next day it wasn’t. We couldn’t use the beach because of the large amount of seaweed. The rooftop pool is for adults only. The kids couldn’t enjoy the view. Our vacation wasn’t bad, it was just good."

"The location and views of this property are absolutely amazing, as the hotel sits on a 20 foot cliff Oceanside so you have constant breezes. You can climb down the rocks and get in the ocean and if it’s not too windy, you can get in the water as it is a rocky area. Online pics are likely old when the previous owner was operating it, it has substantial wear and tear and needs some love:) Shared kitchen is ill equipped, we bought a coffee maker for our large group of 10. The AC seemed to work fine in all the rooms, although temps were mild 82 was the high, and we opened our large windows at night and did not use the AC. Our rooms were clean, but we had to maintain them on our own. There were no staff present during the day to do any room housekeeping. Manager was available & fairly responsive via text. One staff was present 9 to 5, he spent the entire day on his phone, sweeping sand off the decks areas and occasionally dropping chemicals in the pool. He did empty the trash from the common areas before he left in the late afternoon. He was under utilized and could be doing so much more to bring that place up to where it was. The pool was pretty cloudy the entire eight day stay and we addressed this concern with the manager, he said they shocked it, which I’m not positive about:( they are obviously on a shoestring budget by all appearances. It would be nice if they had on-site manager that lived in the apartment and then it could be properly cared for & maintained "

"This side of the island is chill and that is exactly what we were hoping for our getaway.The room itself is modern, clean and well designed. The water pressure is divine. Having a private pool and beach was more than we expected.The site manager was super helpful. His partner made us dinner two of the nights. So nice to see the sun set on our private patio overlooking the ocean as we ate fresh fish prepared by Gladys.This place is truly beautiful. We were able to walk down the beach to get dinner when we wanted to go out. There were a few places where we had to walk in the water but it was easy.Oh I almost forgot, a highlight of the trip was using the kayaks to paddle north to an excellent snorkeling spot.This vacation spot is a gem. Communication was detailed and everything about the trip was easy and loved."

"A hidden gem nestled away in the middle of the island, away from the bustle of the north beaches, but not too far to get in/out of town. The house was well appointed, the pool was excellent and the service provided by Mariana was excellent. "
