The bedrooms were spacious, the backyard was adorable and perfect for relaxing together, and the overall vibe of the house made for such a fun weekend.Only small note for future guests: there are two addresses associated with the property, and even our Lyft drivers had trouble finding us at first. "Amazing hotel!!! The staff were so friendly and accomodating. The only thing is that there is no A/C since the property is older so keep that in mind BUT they do have fans to give you if needed. But they were amazing, bed was comfy and great views"

The nautical interior added charm and made our time in Carmel especially memorable. We particularly enjoyed the reclining couch, which was perfect for unwinding.The outdoor garden area is exceptional—beautifully curated and a great place to relax. We also appreciated Bill’s local recommendations, though we found ourselves just as happy spending time enjoying the beautiful space he’s created.
