"Cute house but says it sleeps 5, 3rd bedroom twin-size pullout couch is unusable, feeling every spring in mattress. Sleeps only 4 people if u don't mind sharing 2 beds. I changed my reservation from 3 to 2 nights. Getting my refund required multiple in-app DMs, where they repeatedly said I wasn't eligible b/c the previous agent didn't process change B4 deadline. Not my fault, but I was told it was 2 bad. After long phone call, I finally got refunded. During stay, we found ants on the floor, which my friend also found in her suitcase when home. We had a window in the bathroom that wouldnt close all the way & couldnt be locked. Window was fully accessible from outside, & a person could climb thru it. Both of issues were reported 2 Vacasa. They said they would send someone over, but no one came. Later, I got a msg that the owner will replace the window, but it wouldn’t be fixed b4 we left. Ants were never reported. Outside furniture was filthy. After stay, msg’d b/c I had ?s about my bill. My original reservation (with adjusted changes) & my receipt on web didnt match. They sent a receipt that also reported charges differently. I msg’d back & forth with ?s, & they were unable 2 answer. After calling in & spending 1.5 hours I still didn't get answers, & they will call back. Service fees broken down showed we R responsible 4 all costs of doing business. All in addition to VRBO service fee."
