"Pulling up to the property you can tell it’s an older facility but Don’t let it fool you though! The room and property were very clean, staff was so kind! I didn’t see the pool, nor try the breakfast. The room could’ve used better lighting, and towels/linens worn out so could handle replacing. But it was quiet and I felt safe! A quick drive to the amphitheater and to downtown. Would stay there again! "

"I stayed two nights at Smart stay. I had to make a quick trip to St Augustine. I've stayed there before for one night. I initially had reservations for one night but the staff was great about getting me booked for the second night at a good rate. The beds are very very comfortable. The rooms have been redone. My bath was a walk-in shower as I requested. It did have a view of the pool and I worried about noise. I shouldn't have worried I didn't hear anything. If I need to go back down to St Augustine, I will stay there again."
