"The host was very welcoming, and the location is quaint, quiet, and easy to find. The home was clean and well maintained. It’s a convenient short drive from Kīlauea, which was perfect for us since we wanted to visit at night without having to make the long drive back to Kona late in the evening.While I’m not sure what the temperatures are like year-round, guests should be aware that the home can get relatively cool at night. We stayed at the end of November. Space heaters are provided and work very well. We didn’t use them because we enjoy cooler temperatures while sleeping, but they’re a great option if you prefer more warmth.Overall, we really appreciated the quiet, clean environment, which made it easy to relax and enjoy our time in that part of the island."
