Bed was a bit on the firm side for my liking, one of the soap dispensers had 2 only 2 pumps of soap. Staff were really helpful and nothing was a problem to them.

Accomodation was perfect for what we needed. The staff was friendly and there were plenty of ammenities. Everything was clean and tidy and the common areas and rooms were kept to a lovely warmth. The continental breakfast was a nice addition.
