When visiting this part of the country, it is very remote, and the park hotel was the perfect spot away from everything. While the rooms are small, they are comfortable and easily accessible. The restaurant also is very good and has breathtaking views of the mountainside from their patio area. While there is nothing really around other than a small convenience store, the hotel more than makes up for that with their excellent service. Would highly recommend!

The bed was comfy, room was cozy, close to national park and restaurants. Hot tub area needs some attention. Chairs were worn and cushions moldy. No instructions on how to work hot tub. TV only has 13 channels. Otherwise perfect for 1 night.
The hotel's service and atmosphere were both good, but it was inevitable that it had aged over time.

The room was clean, bathroom tiny, couldn't fill the jug in the bathroom basin. My room was downstairs and the guests in the room above, you could hear walking around and ceiling creaked every time they moved around.
This is a gem of a hotel in the National Park Village. We loved the location, Spiral Restaurant and the communal gathering areas in the restaurant and bar. Everything was super clean, staff were capable and friendly. The views of the mountains at sunset in front of the hotel are special.
The rooms were clean, a nice stay, but small and missed details.
A jug was provided but we could not fill it from the one tap provided in the bathroom sink, either shower or filling by cup was available.
The toilet seat does not feel sturdy for the 110kg plus sizes, and at only 6ft my feet were off the ends of the bed.
The bathroom door had no lock, which might be ok for couples, but not so with teenage daughters. This was made obvious by the shower door handle hitting the door especially when opened fast.
The warning sign for the step that was quite dangerous was not visible when the door was open, and was really not obvious.
But all of those details were made up for by one of the best meals we ever had, every dish was well above average (only again could have done with a dob of butter for the veges). The staff were incredible and I would happily employ each and every one in any business I owned.
Staff were very pleasant. We were a little disappointed with the room - fridge, kettle, cups and one teaspoon provided but no detergent or cloths to clean them. The bathroom was compact, as was the bedroom (maybe remove the 2 large chairs and replace them with something that takes less room?).
