Great town
The town is looking as is if the economy is really slow. Many derelict buildings.
It’s a place that time forgot but some of the locals are trying to bring it back to life
Its a nice quiet place and good in between spot to stop
It has a real kiwi small town feel. There are a few hidden gems that you will have to vist to discover for yourselves. The locals know and if you ask nicely they may share a few with you. The bakeries are where sugary dreams come true.....YUM
