"Basic caravan but to be honest it had everything we needed. We only wanted somewhere to sleep and relax as we had day outings . There were a few things 2 do on site and a bus stops near by .Blackpool has a swimming pool so remember 2 take kids swimming suits 😁 "

"I had a most excellent stay here. It’s a walkable distance to the Manchester Piccadilly train station and city centre. There are also many restaurants close by to choose from and a Tesco’s across the street. Not only a convenient location, it has a great coffee shop downstairs and a beautiful sitting area to hang out, check messages and enjoy the beautiful space. The wifi was also never spotty or slow. "I like the convenience of walking to many places around. The staff was pretty good. There is a major issue with two things: Quality of the mattress Washing machines were not working. You have only two Peking machines for an entire building. Some are out of order and they are so small that you have to do two loads of laundry. Management or The owner should invest more money to upgrade the room mattresses and the laundry rooms"
