"Very nice apartment, very clean. Comfortable beds. Easy walking distance to restaurants and Liverpool One. Had underground parking which is a bit tight if you have a large car but very handy. Would definitely stay again. Good value for money."

"If you like your reservation lost, sub standard room, faeces and urine and other fluids in bedding and mattress, terrible musty room smell, broken internal doors, broken shower drain, broken wsh machine and no communication and wifi, being ghosted and not responding to a refund, then stay at Terlon. Do filthy we have reported the above to the Liverpool Council for health and tourist hazards. The manager was in complete denial saying the above was acceptable to stay there. We RPT barely 2 nights...
