"We were expecting the rooms to look like the pictures but they did not look like them. The hallway was full of dead mosquitoes and did not get cleaned in the days we were there. We felt like we were in a 3 star hotel. "

"We've stayed at this property twice. I think it's great for kids. The only issue I have is that during both stays, our room wasn't ready at the check-in time of 4pm. We weren't able to get into our room until close to 5pm which is tough to get everyone ready before dinner. Maybe they need to increase their cleaning staff to make sure all the rooms are ready AT LEAST for the appointed check in time..."

"This was our second time staying at this property, and it continues to be absolutely amazing. The grounds are clean, the food is delicious, and the atmosphere is always spot on. We visited over Easter weekend and decided to try the holiday buffet for the first time—it was fantastic! The hotel also organized an Easter egg hunt for the kids, which was such a cute and fun touch. We also really enjoyed the addition of the DJ this time around. The music was a perfect mix and created a great vibe that wasn't there during our last visit. The kids had the time of their lives at the pool and practically had to be dragged away at the end of the day. However, I do have one "con" to mention: we had to exit the pool twice early in the day due to "accidents" in the water. This resulted in a two-hour wait to get back in. Since it was a hot day and the kids were having so much fun, it was a bit of a letdown to lose that time, but we understand the facility has to follow safety protocols. Despite the pool delay, everything else was wonderful. The property remains a top choice for us, and we loved the energy and the hospitality!"
