"Very nice hotel, enjoyed our short stay!"

"We arrived in Orlando at 11am. We took a chance and called to see if a room was ready. We were told our room was ready and we could come on over and check in. Check in was quick and easy. Our 2 bedroom suite was clean and nice. We loved the full kitchen. We went and bought groceries instead of eating out every day. The balcony is huge and screened in. The property is beautiful and always clean. The pools have plenty of chairs and umbrellas. We liked the text message communication with the front desk. Our text messages were answered promptly and professionally. Each staff member we encountered was friendly, nice, and professional. We had a great stay here. Would definitely stay here again. "

"This resort is definitely worth the price! From the beautiful scenery to kid friendly areas like the water park and arcade, our expectations were exceeded. The Valencia restaurant had delicious drinks and entrees with patio seating. The Al Fresco market is extremely over priced so I suggest getting your coffee and last minute essentials elsewhere. The room was spacious, clean and modern. I would recommend The Grove to anyone!"

"There were streaks all over the mirrors and very dusty in our unit lots of streaks on the mirrors and the sliding glass door and on the TVs whoever is the cleaner needs to go over their work before letting go for occupancy. "

"Very clean and friendly reception, the rooms were immaculate, the only problem I had was where my room was in the back side of the resort. Where I received the traffic noise from the highway and the unruly clientele that pasted my room around the early morning’s. Aside from that I enjoyed my stay."
