"The property was amazing and much larger than I thought. The room itself was lovely but the bathroom smelled of mildew and I could hear the upstairs party more than I would have liked. I was able to communicate with the host through text and they were available 27/4. The party upstairs was being quite loud on their balcony one night and I texted about it and the property enforced quiet hours by sending security to ensure the upstairs party was being more mindful. There are 3 restaurants on site and I ordered room delivery from one. We also had lunch at another when we spent the day at one of the many pools on property. They had music and pool side bingo. The property was phenomenal and I can’t say enough good things. I would plan to stay again when I am visiting Disney. There was a staff member on property who provided the wrong directions when I was lost on the property as there are many buildings. His name was Clifford and another staff member was able to help, I wish I would have gotten her name because she was amazing."

"We booked this property for the Universal Studios Express Passes. It was fantastic. We were able to check in early before the room was ready and left our bag so we could head to the parks. Staff were excellent to advise clearly how to get to the parks etc. Tuk Tuk cafe in the lobby was very useful for quick breakfast foods before heading out. We'll definitely be back but probably for 2 nights rather than 1."

"Property was clean staff was very nice breakfast was amazing literally didn’t have to go IHOP or dennys lol breakfast was 5 star pool and gym was perfect really wish I’ve gotten the city view but never the less don’t second guess going here you will definitely enjoy. I will be back oh yeah haven’t gotten a chance to go to the bar but the setup looked great."
