Everything was excellent! It's so nice when you find a place at a great price and then you're pleasantly surprised by a completely renovated hotel. Breakfast wasn't included, so I had to pay for it, but it was a full breakfast at a very reasonable price. This place is a gem! Congratulations to all the staff, management, and owners.

The property was fine. They renovated but they cut a lot of corners. The room was not swept well and the shower was dirty with hair. But the room looked nice. The headlight over the bed did not turn off at all so we had to cover it with towels and that was miserable. But other than that it has great potential

Newly renovated. The room was clean and smelled clean. The beds and linen were clean and comfortable. Staff was nice and the location was great too. No parking fees! However, We couldn't figure out how to get the TV to work. We went to the front desk to ask if we could get assistance with it. Staff told us that the TV's are new due to the recent renovations and noone knew how to fix the issue. They said it applied to everyone's room. So no TV entertainment at this stay! That would have been nice to know prior to booking this hotel. Staff didn't exactly deliver that news in the most professional manner but realistically they shouldn't have to. Whoever is doing the listings on Expedia should have disclosed that there's no TV entertainment included in the stay.

Let me start by saying this place feels like a grand opening that was not ready to be open at all. First off, they charge a $35 early check-in fee, which already started things off wrong. On top of that, their phones do not work because they “don’t have a landline yet,” so you literally cannot reach the front desk if you need anything. Zero communication. The laundry facilities were out of order my entire stay, which is a huge inconvenience. Now here’s where it really went downhill: poop literally came up through the shower drain. Yes, actual sewage backing up. That alone should tell you everything you need to know. Completely unacceptable and disgusting. Another major issue: the doors from the back parking area are locked, and your key card does NOT allow reentry. If you park in the back, you’re forced to walk all the way around to the front lobby just to get inside. Also, there is no elevator, so if you have luggage, good luck carrying everything up the stairs.

Me hospedé durante 4 días en este hotel. Quiero resaltar que la recepcionista fue muy amable y atenta, lo cual fue lo más positivo de mi estadía. El hotel está completamente remodelado, pero considero que se debieron priorizar necesidades básicas. Durante mi estancia me tuvieron que cambiar de habitación en tres ocasiones: en el primer cuarto la puerta no cerraba correctamente y en el segundo la tarjeta no funcionaba, lo que causó varios inconvenientes. Además, el hotel no cuenta con servicio de internet ni televisión, y durante los cuatro días estuve sin estos servicios. En cuanto a la limpieza, no puedo darle una calificación más alta, ya que en ninguno de los cuatro días mi habitación fue limpiada, ni siquiera para reponer papel higiénico. En general, la experiencia fue aceptable, pero hay aspectos importantes que deben mejorar para justificar una mejor calificación.
