"The rooms were clean and inviting. The clerks weren't very engaging since we were 3rd party guest. We requested shuttle service to the front desk to meet our lyft driver, and it was nice we were able to pin our location making a shuttle unnecessary."

"Unfortunately, I wasn't there long enough. Therefore, I wasn't able to utilize all that the property had to offer. My son and niece enjoyed time in the arcade. I especially liked Drafts- the food was delicious and the service was fast. Great weekend but we will definitely go again for a much longer visit."

"So it wasn’t bad I liked that it was two bedroom suite type of unit BUT, I couldn’t stand being able to hear all kinds of noises while trying to sleep. That was my biggest pet peeve. It was like staying at a cheap apartment you hear all sounds and it’s hard to get good sleep. This is supposed to be a relaxing place but it is was not. We had to call several times to the front desk because the room above us thought it was ok to stomp around at 3am waking us all up. They did nothing until the last night we we were there and complained for the last time they sent security to the room. Which would have been if they did it the first time but whatever I guess. If you value sleep and relaxation this is not the place for you trust me you will regret it. If you don’t care about getting sleep or relaxing then go ahead and book it. Oh also, they don’t fill the soap or replace bedding or towels or toilet papers we kept having to call."

"Shop, cafe and restaurant were poor for a modern hotel. A good coffee shop in the lobby area would make a massive difference. Also seemed a lack of decent food options and a lot of people were clearly ordering take away deliveries from local fast food places."
