While the hotel is being renovated, the staff did a great job of making us feel comfortable. You can tell once the renovation is complete and they’ve added all the amenities. It’s going to be a great place to stay if you’re going to Universal.

Room was uncomfortable. Sheets and pillows were scratchy and stiff. No continental breakfast. The staff, that I actually encountered were friendly and helpful. Otherwise, this review would be lower. I understand the building was under construction but no reason to be as dirty as it was.

Staff is friendly and Our room was clean, the beds comfortable and the view was nice from the 10th floor.. But when we got there they seem to be expanding the lobby and adding a couple new things so there was a bit of construction but besides that it was a nice stay . Also the hotel is connected to a TGI Friday’s and the food is pretty good. Also walking distance to universal and the premium outlets 👍
