Lake Berkley Hotels, Orlando

"Pool was fine. Hot tub looked worn and needing repairs. Mulch around the pool was always in the hot tub. Rooms were clean and good size. We had full size refrigerator but no ice machine. And there was no where to get ice anywhere like normally in a hotel. The overall layout of the resort was very confusing with so many park garages. Had to walk down long hallways or through garages to get to different parts. Food was good but no way to order food and have it delivered to you at pool like other resorts. The breakfast buffet was wonderful! The workout room was small for the size of the resort. And there was always young children in the there on equipment they should not be on. There should be rules about age limits to be on equipment. Young children should only be in there if they have to come with parents. It was being used as a play equipment. There were none of the luggage carriers for check in or check out. Just had to make multiple trips. A little disorganized on checkin. We didn’t have pool towels, dishwasher liquid. "

"We were very lucky to be upgraded into a "Fireworks View" Room. Booking in Drury was so worth it. The kickback meal for dinner and breakfast buffet are *chef's kiss*. Will definitely be back. Amenities are also cool, my child absolutely loved the pool and splash pad. "

"Huge property with so much to do! Clean and our room was updated and spacious. Only hiccup was that we arrived at 4pm and our room wasn’t ready to check in right away. "

"Check in staff were wonderful and she chose a perfect room for me. I was disappointed that despite being there five nights that my bed wasn’t made once despite being told my room would be cleaned on the fourth day (I never used the do not disturb sign). Clean towels were left daily but a random selection each time including a bunch of bath mats one day! When I raised it at reception I got nowhere. Despite that the location and price are first rate and I already have a stay booked for next year. Breakfast was just fine for the small cost compared to what’s around"
